2. In the process of quenching, it is necessary to maintain oxygen and acetylene, and the pressure of the water level does not change.

3. The speed of movement should be appropriate. If the speed is too slow, the tooth surface will be melted. If it is too fast, the hardness of the gear will be insufficient.

4. The water pressure cannot be too high when spraying water, otherwise the flame will be directly extinguished.

5. In the process of quenching, the beginning of the gear needs to be heated for a longer time, and the end needs to be moved faster, otherwise the end of the gear will be easily melted.

6. When manufacturing the nozzle, the internal holes need to be uniform and parallel, and the inner wall needs to be smooth and clean, and the welding place needs to be welded firmly.

7. The number of fire holes needs to be determined according to the size of the spray gun, and the total area of the fire holes also needs to be the same according to the area of the spray gun mouth, without the slightest error.

The service life of the ring gear is generally about one and a half years, and the service life of the pinion will be shorter, and the shortest one needs to be replaced in three months, which directly affects the work efficiency. Therefore, in the production of large ring gears of rotary kilns, there are still casting difficulties and long processing cycles, so it is necessary to improve the service life of the ring gears, as well as its own material, hardness, and wear resistance of the tooth surface, etc.
